The creation of a restaurant concept at the request of the Groupe Flo in concession with Unibail. A creative project that must also integrate the technical constraints presented in the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and annexes while adhering to the particularly strict hygiene and security standards.

Characterized by a monumental bar where beer and “fingerfood” are offered, the restaurant declines in a typical New York universe where the warm brick snuggles around a “New York Times” or “Wall Street Journal” wall while the backlit panoramic Manhattan skyline viewed from Brooklyn accentuates the dispersion. The other somber and confined interior design contrasts sharply with the shopping center passageways.
