While maintaining the original structural layout, Lina Dietrich transformed the outdated Italian image of the restaurant’s rooms by redesigning the space available sympathetically, using noble materials and attention to intricately worked detail in the remodelling and introducing a subtle chromatic harmony throughout. Despite a very tight budget, both the design and the implementation of the project were successfully achieved, resulting in increased turnover and a growing clientele for the bistro. A challenge successfully met !
