Attic space - Brunstatt 68

The attic of a typical chalet residence built in the 1970’s, offered 80 m² of floor area to create a 4-room living space with a half bathromm.

Accent was placed on the ceation of an architect’s office, with excellent natural and artficial lighting, as well as a parental suite with a dressing room composed of optimized spaces under the roof, all of which were made within tight budgetary constraints.

Two guest bedrooms shocase the client’s collections from their extensive travels, invoking the spirit of adventure
